L. Matt Wilson, principal of the firm, is a certified mediator through Henning Mediation & Arbitration Services, one of Georgia’s leading alternate dispute resolution centers. Always keenly aware of the fact that litigation is a means to obtaining business objectives and not an end in itself, Matt believes mediation can often produce optimal outcomes for parties embroiled in disputes that either have the potential to blossom into litigation or are already embroiled in litigation. Matt combines his training as a mediator with his extensive experience in a large variety of complex, multi-issue cases, in fields as diverse as antitrust, securities, finance, legal and accounting malpractice, aviation, and construction to lead parties to mutually advantageous solutions that meet with their business objectives and needs.
